Sheri McKinzie, Founder of McKinzie Chic is a businesswoman and entrepreneur. Her passion for beauty is astounding and considers spreading beauty in the community a necessity. McKinzie Chic LLC was formed in 2012, starting with just its online boutique. McKinzie Chic Hair Studio and Fashion Boutique LLC was established July of 2014 as a multicultural and fashionable salon nestled in the heart of South Street district. Great customer service, diversity, a relaxing environment, and producing quality work from our highly trained and talented staff is the mission of McKinzie Chic, and of course keeping our clients up to date with the latest fashions from McKinzie Chic!
Teala specializes in healthy hair, natural tresses and extensions administering the proper way to extensions, allowing your hair to still look natural along with the promotion of 100% hair growth. She has taken pride in procuring the healthy condition of her client’s hair and providing them with verbal education on how to manage their hair in-between visits to the salon. Her artistry allows the client's unique look to exude through her custom color and cutting techniques.
J.C. has been a barber for 15yrs in the local Philadelphia area. He is a Master Barber and knows his way around a razor. He specializes in All THINGS Barbering, razor/clipper cuts, precision beard trimming, coloring, ect. He has mastered all hair textures and has a vast array of clients stemming from young ones to the older crowd. J.C has an amazing sense of style and incorporates that into his work. He believes that “A great haircut is the cherry on a fashionable outfit”.
Whitney has been a Professional licensed hairstylist in the Philadelphia area for the past 13yrs. She specializes in custom color, & haircuts. She has the ability to get the job done in the most unconventional way. She provides both contemporary and classic looks for her clientele that ranges from young to old and both women and men. Whitney is enthusiastic and full of life and it exudes through her work.
